My sole purpose as a personal trainer is to help you achieve and surpass your fitness goals by designing a custom plan that best suits your needs.   Along with building muscle, you will learn to build a healthy mindset that will help you stay consistent along your fitness journey.  I have been strength and endurance training for the past 25 years.  Fitness and health have always been a huge passion throughout my entire life, whether I was playing AAA rep hockey, baseball, lacrosse, running Spartan/Tough Mudders or lifting weights.  I am very passionate about helping people surpass their fitness goals while living a sustainable healthy lifestyle.
