Shipping Policy for Coco’s Buttercups Inc.
Canada Post is experiencing very high volumes of deliveries due to the pandemic. This has delayed deliveries in comparison to a pre-Covid era. We ask for your patience, and to wait for 15 business days before inquiring about the location of your package.
We ship all orders within 24 business hours. After your order is completed and shipped, you will receive an email notification.
Please note that all orders are sent via Canada Post. Once your order has left our facility it becomes the responsibility of the courier. In the rare situation that your package is lost, stolen or damaged we ask that you file a compliant directly with Canada Post.
Further, we cannot guarantee your package will be left at your front door. Canada Post will, on occasion, deliver your order to your closest Post Office for pick up.
We reserve the right to correct any and all errors through the use of coupons versus sending or re-sending product(s).
